Spent a career at Conair in all capacities from warehousing, engineering, marketing, sales, to
Senior Vice President. At Conair launched over 1,000 new products, many exceeding several
million units, and recipient of 25 U.S. Patents.
As Senior Vice President, Professional Global Business Units developed and grew multiple
brands and markets world wide. Through effective leadership and strategic initiatives
contributed to Conair’s annual sales revenue exceeding $2.5 Billion with distribution into 125
countries.
 
Board of Director of American Beauty Association, successfully completed the strategic merger
of 3 industry associations / sectors.
ABA the manufacturers association, BBSI the Distributors association and TSA the Salon
owners association.
PBA - Professional Beauty Association was born unifying the industry.
Elected to the PBA Board of Directors and ultimately became the Chairman.
As PBA Chairman led the successful initiative to merge with and take over National
Cosmetology Association (NCA) the hairdresser association.

As Chairman also set the course to eliminate 100% of PBA debt and generate a positive
revenue stream to annually fund the association and its many initiatives.
For 10 years was a Board of Director of NABE - North American Beauty Events. Owned 50% by
PBA and 50% by Bologna Fiere. Italy's largest trade venue. Together the partners produce the

number one beauty show in North America called Cosmoprof. Prior to joining the Board of
Directors the Cosmoprof show was failing and jeopardizing the economic sustainability of PBA.
Through effective direction and course strategy today the partnership generates millions of
dollars annually for the partners.
